Needed to Complete
Because the BT8 is a high-performance Kit, it requires high-torque, high-voltage servos and specific electronics for best performance. We recommend the following:
- Radio System: 4-Channel or higher transmitter and receiver.
- Servos: High-torque steering servos (High Voltage recommended).
- ESC & Motor: Brushed or Brushless system (A high-quality BEC is advised).
- Battery: 7.4V 2S or 11.1V 3S Li-Po battery.
- Charger: Li-Po Balance Smart Charger.
IMPORTANT NOTE: This vehicle weighs approximately 11kg (24 lbs) and requires high-performance electronics for reliable operation. For the best experience, we recommend using High-Torque, High-Voltage (HV) steering servos. While the kit includes power boards for 7.4V and 11.1V systems, using an external BEC is highly recommended to handle the heavy steering load and ensure consistent power to your receiver.
