These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) govern the use of rccarworld.com (the “Site”). This Site is owned and operated by RC Car World, LLC. This Site is an ecommerce website.
By using this Site, you indicate that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them at all times.
All content published and made available on our Site is the property of RC Car World LLC and the Site’s creators. This includes, but is not limited to images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files and anything that contributes to the composition of our Site.
The minimum age to use our Site is 16 years old. By using this Site, users agree that they are over 16 years old. We do not assume any legal responsibility for false statements about age.
As a user of our Site, you agree to use our Site legally, not to use our Site for illegal purposes, and not to:
- Harass or mistreat other users of our Site;
- Violate the rights of other users of our Site;
- Violate the intellectual property rights of the Site owners or any third party to the Site;
- Hack into the account of another user of the Site;
- Act in any way that could be considered fraudulent; or
- Post any material that may be deemed inappropriate or offensive.
If we believe you are using our Site illegally or in a manner that violates these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to limit, suspend or terminate your access to our Site. We also reserve the right to take any legal steps necessary to prevent you from accessing our Site.
When you create an account on our Site, you agree to the following:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you are using our Site illegally or if you violate these Terms and Conditions.
Sale of Goods
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of goods available on our Site.
The following goods are available on our Site:
- Remote Controlled Cars & Trucks.
- Remote Controlled Cars & Trucks Parts
These Terms and Conditions apply to all the goods that are displayed on our Site at the time you access it. This includes all products listed as being out of stock. All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our goods are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all goods we provide. You agree to purchase goods from our Site at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.
We accept the following payment methods on our Site:
- Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, Visa, Discover and AMEX)
When you provide us with your payment information, you authorize our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment information, you authorize us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.
If we believe your payment has violated any law or these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse your transaction.
Deposits and Pick Up Terms
You may place an item on hold by paying a 10% deposit online. We will hold the item for up to 30 days.
For your protection, only the person who placed the order (or person designated at time of purchase) can pick up the items.
Please bring the credit card used for the purchase and an official photo ID to the pick-up location.

If the credentials match, (Photo ID and Credit Card) you may pay the remaining balance with other types of payment as well.
*We reserve the right to deny delivery and initiate a refund for pickups that do meet these requirements. We do not accept non-official identifications.
Customer pick-ups are typically ready within an hour of placing the order only during open store hours.
Our store hours are as follow:
Monday – CLOSED
Tuesday – CLOSED
Wednesday – 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Thursday – 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Friday – 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Saturday – 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Sunday – 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Any item that is not picked up within 30 days will receive store credit that can be used for up to 1 year.
You are responsible for inspecting all pick-up items.

We cannot guarantee products will be available at the time they are advertised online as a pre-order or at the store in Cinnaminson NJ as a display item only.
A pre-order is an order placed for a product that hasn’t been released or is not currently in stock (back-order).
We do give you the option to pre-order these back-orders or not yet release products.
Pre-orders require a 10% deposit or full payment, to be made at checkout.
We cannot guarantee a specific shipping date, we do our best to ship these orders the moment they are available.
If the pre-order item is going to be delayed, we will update you to keep you informed of when the item will become available.
Sometimes the pre-order item will arrive later than the expected time for many reasons, weather conditions, shipping delays, distribution issues.
When you place an order with us, you agree to wait until the product is back in stock or officially release to be shipped to you, and you agree to abide by these terms & conditions.
Shipping and Delivery
When you purchase goods from our Site, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:
- We ship within 24 hours of receiving an order, during days the store is open (Wed through Sun) using UPS.
- As of March 5th 2022, Items with $100 value or more will ship with signature required for delivery.
- We may use USPS for small items.
- Delivery takes 2 to 5 business days.; or
- Some items may be available for store pick up only.
Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method selected. Delivery times may vary due to unforseen circumstances.
Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and holidays.
You will be required to pay delivery charges in addition to the price for the goods you purchase.
You are responsible for paying any such duties or taxes.
You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient.
We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.
Returns for Exchange
Returns can be made in person at the following location: Hobby Shop located in Cinnaminson, NJ
Refund requests must be made within 30 days after receipt of your goods.
We accept refund requests for goods sold on our Site for any of the following reasons:
Good mailed to you does not match description;
Good mailed to you is the wrong size;
Changed your mind. (There is a 10% re-stocking fee in this case.)
Refunds do not apply to the following goods:
Items showing signs of wear or damage in any way.
Opened Items without original packaging.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact us immediately at 856-720-0017.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Unsealed batteries and opened box electronics.
- Sealed good mailed to you is faulty, in this case the item is subject to manufacturers warranty. Instead we will assist you in getting the warranty for your item.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, if you are requesting a refund from us.
If you are approved, then your full or partial refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your online account, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a credit you may contact us at 856-720-0017.
Only regular priced items may be credited. Sale items cannot be credited.
We only replace items if the item arrived damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and bring or mail your item to: 2305 Garry Rd Ste A, Cinnaminson, NJ 08077.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return was due to an error on our part.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Consumer Protection Law
Where any consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation. These Terms and Conditions will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and that legislation, the mandatory provisions of the legislation will apply.
Limitation of Liability
RC Car World LLC and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees from your use of the Site.
Except where prohibited by law, by using this Site you indemnify and hold harmless RC Car World LLC and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees arising out of your use of our Site or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
- Anything that has already been opened and used can not be returned and if faulty is subject to manufacturers warranty..
If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.
These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time in order to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to the way we operate our Site and the way we expect users to behave on our Site. We will notify users by email of changes to these Terms and Conditions or post a notice on our Site.
