Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your goods. We accept refund requests for goods purchased from our site for the following reasons:

  • The received item does not match the description.
  • The received item is the wrong size.
  • Change of mind (subject to a 10% restocking fee).

Refunds do not apply to the following items:

  • Items showing signs of wear or damage.
  • Opened items without original packaging.

If an item is received damaged or incorrectly shipped, please contact us immediately at 856-720-0017.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Unsealed batteries and opened box electronics
  • Sealed goods subject to the manufacturer’s warranty (we will assist you in obtaining the warranty service)
  • Custom orders

To process your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer if you are requesting a refund from us.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your online account within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be credited. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive damaged. To exchange a damaged item for the same product, email us at [email protected] and bring or mail your item to:

You are responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return was due to our error.

For more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee the reception of your returned item.
