Returns can be made in person at the following location: Hobby Shop located in Cinnaminson, NJ
Refund requests must be made within 30 days after receipt of your goods.
We accept refund requests for goods sold on our Site for any of the following reasons:
Good mailed to you does not match description;
Good mailed to you is the wrong size;
Changed your mind. (There is a 10% re-stocking fee in this case.)
Refunds do not apply to the following goods:
Items showing signs of wear or damage in any way.
Opened Items without original packaging.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact us immediately at 856-720-0017.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Unsealed batteries and opened box electronics.
- Sealed good mailed to you is faulty, in this case the item is subject to manufacturers warranty. Instead we will assist you in getting the warranty for your item.
- Custom orders
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, if you are requesting a refund from us.
If you are approved, then your full or partial refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your online account, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a credit you may contact us at 856-720-0017.
Only regular priced items may be credited. Sale items cannot be credited.
We only replace items if the item arrived damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and bring or mail your item to: 2305 Garry Rd Ste A, Cinnaminson, NJ 08077.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return was due to an error on our part.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
