Shipping Information
We only ship within the 48 Continental United States. We ship phone orders under $100 to Canada. (Updated 3-24-24)
When you purchase goods from our Site, the goods will be delivered by UPS Ground or FedEx Ground.
Some smaller items may be shipped using the US Postal Service.
- All orders will ship within 3 business days from the order date.
- Most orders ship within 24 hours of order placement, when the store is open.
- A signature may be required for orders worth $500 or more. *Removing the signature requirement in ‘My UPS’ makes you fully liable for any loss or theft, and no refunds will be issued.
- Some large items may be available for store pick-up only.
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, product measurements, and the destination zip code.
You are responsible for paying any such duties or sales taxes.
We are not liable for delivering of your goods to the wrong address or person because you provided us with inaccurate or incomplete information.
