This green dot hard foam sports insert is specifically designed for Sweep NPRC tires. Featuring a medium density and an oversized design, it provides excellent all-around weather racing performance at an affordable cost. Engineered to deliver a full facial treatment to the tires, these inserts enhance tire performance and durability.
For optimal results, it is recommended to carefully trim the inside ribs of the tire and taper the inside portion of the inserts with a 45-degree angled cut. Proper installation involves avoiding pulling the tire sidewall over the wheel to prevent foam separation, instead fitting the tire by rotating it gently. After gluing and drying, massaging the tire ensures even foam distribution, and slow spinning during break-in helps seat the foam evenly. Full throttle use during break-in is discouraged to avoid damage.
